phlagu is strictly available to players who are 21 years of age or older, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Philippines. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each player may hold only one registered phlagu account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with bonus winnings potentially voided. If you have lost access to your existing phlagu account, please contact support rather than registering a new one.
phlagu operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games, payment processing, and account management are conducted in compliance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR operational standards.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phlagu account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own details or those of another person — is strictly prohibited. phlagu employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate registrations. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts associated with the player being closed and all funds forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phlagu login credentials. You must notify phlagu's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization.
Deposits. phlagu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made through phlagu are typically credited to your gaming wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phlagu aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during regular business hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. phlagu reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.
Currency. All transactions at phlagu are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is not supported at this time.
Fees. phlagu does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phlagu bears no responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering. phlagu is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments. phlagu may delay or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect that funds are connected to illegal activity.
All games available on phlagu are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the specific game being played.
phlagu's games use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers under multi-camera studio production. phlagu does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified RNG or live dealer game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server failures, disconnections, or software errors — bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. phlagu's decision on any disputed game outcome is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
phlagu does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial assistance in gameplay. Use of such tools constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phlagu's platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phlagu content without prior written authorization from phlagu.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phlagu's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited as follows:

Where an account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, phlagu reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
You may close your phlagu account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.
phlagu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the phlagu website. Continued use of phlagu's services following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phlagu's services and may close your account in accordance with Section 11. phlagu recommends that you check this page periodically to remain aware of the current Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to your use of phlagu's services, you are encouraged to contact phlagu's customer support team in the first instance. phlagu aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to our support channel.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through phlagu's internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Where legal proceedings are necessary, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
